AMCU president Joseph Mathunjwa weighs in on the Marikana lawsuit

Survivors of the Marikana massacre want President Cyril Ramaphosa and Sibanye Stillwater to admit liability for the incident. Its been nine years since the shooting at the Lonmin mine that left 34 miners dead. Today, lawyers for the survivors will argue in court why Ramaphosa and Sibanye Stillwater should be held liable.
