EWN.co.za reports that AMCU President Joseph Mathunjwa reiterated AMCU’s stance that government is accountable for the tragedy at Marikana in his 11th Marikana Massacre Commemoration speech that took place on the 16th of August, 2023. President Mathunjwa also said that the Constitution does not work for the majority of South Africans and that swift changes need to be implemented.
